1. 1. Services
    Will Visions agrees to provide photography and/or videography services as outlined in the confirmed agreement between Will Visions and the client.

    2. Payment
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot (or 48 hours prior for studio bookings). Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

    Bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur an additional $50 fee.
    Bookings scheduled outside of operating hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) will incur an additional $50 fee.

    3. Booking Conditions
    Clients must have a confirmed date, time, and location before securing a booking.

    All bookings are subject to a travel fee, which varies depending on location.

    A 15-minute grace period is provided. After this, a $50 late fee applies. Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in either cancellation of the booking (with no refund) or additional charges of $50 per 15-minute increment at Will Visions’ discretion.

    The client is required to confirm on the day of the shoot that all arrangements are proceeding as scheduled at least 4 hours prior to the agreed start time.

    4. Booking Adjustments
    Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if notice is given more than 48 hours before the shoot.

    • Additional reschedules beyond the first will incur a $100 fee.

    • Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $100 fee.

    • Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted and will result in cancellation of the booking.

    Bookings cannot be downgraded after the deposit has been paid. Upgrades are permitted, subject to availability and additional cost.

    5. Location Responsibility
    The client is solely responsible for selecting and securing a suitable location.

    If the chosen venue imposes restrictions on photography/videography and no viable alternative is provided, the booking will be cancelled and full payment will still be required.

    6. Delivery
    Final edited photographs will be delivered within 4 days of the shoot.
    Video delivery may take up to 14 days, depending on the scope of the project.

    An expedited next-day delivery service is available for photographs at an additional cost of $50, provided this is requested at least 24 hours before the shoot.

    Requests for facial or body retouching will incur additional fees. Any post-delivery revisions requested by the client will also be subject to editing fees.

    7. Copyright & Usage
    Will Visions retains full copyright ownership of all content produced.

    Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial usage license. Content may not be sold, licensed, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Will Visions.

    Will Visions reserves the right to use all content for promotional and marketing purposes. Clients who wish to opt out must notify Will Visions prior to booking; a fee may apply.

    8. Liability
    Will Visions is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the shoot or event.

    The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Will Visions against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the booking.

    All media files will be stored for up to 30 days after delivery, after which they may be permanently deleted without notice.

    9. Cancellation Policy
    All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

    Cancellations made by the client will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    If a client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot and wishes to rebook, a new booking and full payment will be required.

    Any significant changes to the original booking details may result in additional fees or cancellation of the booking without refund.

    Agreement
    By submitting the deposit, the client confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
